Monday April 25 a U.S appeals court reinstated Tom Brady’s suspension for his alleged role in deflating footballs before the AFC Championship Game on January 18, 2015. Brady’s original suspension was overturned in federal court last September and he was allowed to play the entire season.
It’s reported that Brady is preparing to fight the appeal’s court’s decision.
Now not only is Brady against the suspension, so are the NFL owners. The owners said that they don’t want to see the situation result in commissioner Rodger Goodell being stripped of his power as enforcer of league conduct.
