Arizona Cardinals rookie wide receiver Damond Powell is in stable condition three days after he had been shot two times. One bullet hit Powell in the jaw and another hit him in the neck and lodged between the C1 and C2 vertebrae. Surgery was put off over the weekend while doctors waited for swelling to go down.
The rookie wide receiver posted a video on Facebook sounding weak but very positive and optimistic about the future and his football career.
Wishing for a speedy recovery for Powell.
