Since Terrelle Pryor didn’t work out as a quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals he is going to be try being a receiver. As Pryor put it he will be a “slash player”. The Bengals released Pryor June 18 after he didn’t make a good fit for the team being a back-up QB. Now the Brows are claiming Pryor and will work him only as a receiver when training camp begins in July.
Pryor was quoted saying “I just want to play football.” Let’s hope Pryor is better at being a receiver. He will be working out with wide-outs Randy Moss and Antonio Brown.
Pryor should make some noise as a receiver. When playing quarterback his arm wasn’t much of a threat as his feet. The man could run. He would be good in wildcat plays. I think the Browns could use him effectively along with Johnny Manziel.
